How I Support Your Journey

Trauma Informed Counseling

Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are, with compassion and a deep understanding of the ways trauma impacts your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will:

  • Explore and process your experiences in a safe, judgment-free space.
  • Work toward emotional regulation and nervous system balance.
  • Uncover and challenge the limiting beliefs that keep you feeling small or powerless.

Empowerment-Focused Healing

Healing is more than recovery; it’s about stepping into the fullest version of yourself. In our work together, I’ll help you:

  • Reconnect with your authentic self.
  • Build confidence and self-worth rooted in who you truly are.
  • Develop healthy boundaries and relationships that support your growth.

Holistic Support

I believe healing is a holistic journey, and I incorporate tools such as mindfulness, grounding techniques, and somatic awareness to support your whole self. If you’re open to it, I also offer energy-based practices to help release stored emotional energy and foster a deeper sense of connection and peace.

Empowerment-Focused Healing

Empowerment healing helps you reclaim your strength, autonomy, and self-worth after experiencing trauma or adversity. It focuses on building resilience, restoring personal power, and fostering self-trust through compassionate support and self-discovery. By recognizing your inner strength and capacity for healing, empowerment healing encourages growth, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Person-Centered Counseling

Person-Centered counseling is a compassionate approach that emphasizes self-exploration, personal growth, and inner healing. Rooted in empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine understanding, this therapy empowers you to find your own solutions in a safe and supportive space. By trusting in your innate ability to grow, person-centered counseling fosters self-acceptance, resilience, and lasting change.

Trauma-Informed Counseling

Trauma-Informed counseling recognizes how past experiences shape your thoughts, feelings, and actions. It creates a safe, supportive space where you’re treated with respect and empowerment. By using proven techniques, it helps you process trauma, build resilience, and regain control over your life- without judgment or pressure.

Psychodynamic Counseling

Psychodynamic counseling focuses on exploring the deeper, unconscious factors that influence your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. By understanding past experiences, unresolved conflicts and patterns, this approach helps bring you clarity. It encourages self-awareness and insight, empowering you to heal and make lasting changes by addressing the root causes of emotional struggles.
