My Biography
Natasha Klavon
Hi, I’m Natasha! I’m a licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional in the state of Texas. Integrating the health of mind, body, and spirit is my passion. For more than 16 years, I have had the pleasure of helping others discover themselves through use of mindfulness, communication, and coping skills, to promote success for a healthier future. Through use of trauma informed, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused strategies and more, I am committed to helping you find the most authentic and healthy version of you. Together, we will explore and identify your unique personal power that lies within so that you may lead a more peaceful, productive, and quality-driven life.
I was born and raised in Michigan. I attended Michigan State University where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2007 and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in 2010. My passion for whole health and human behavior lead me to the Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care program at the University of Michigan that I completed in 2014 and updated in 2022 through the Professional Education Systems Institute. I have spent time throughout my career devoted to families and individuals in public health in primary care, hospitals, schools, and community mental health systems. I love and value working with people of all ages!
